Resources: Paypal for Blog Advertising & Monetizing Payments

Many bloggers and smaller companies deal with Paypal when making payments for advertising or accepting payment from bloggers who want to advertise.  So it is a good idea to set up a Paypal account before you need one--it is free to sign up.

Paypal is a secure online option for making payments with credit cards or
thru a bank draft.  If you want to advertise on another blog or charge for advertising on your blog it is an easy way to receive or make a payment.  Sign up is easy and once you are signed up be sure to verify your account by adding a bank account to it.  You need to be verified to deal with larger sums of money.

Paypal does charge a small transferring fee for business owners, but it is free for personal use.  When you receive a payment the amount will be entered into your Paypal account and you may transfer it to your attached bank account or leave in the balance to spend thru Paypal.
